THEY LIE TO YOU AND HIDE YOUR TESTS TO GET MORE MONEY FROM YOU!Let’s start with what’s good about them (because we’re finishing quickly): both the doctors and the nurses know how to deal with animals so as not to scare/traumatize them. That’s about it!If you make 5 visits, you’ll find 5 different doctors/nurses who never know the age, condition, the animal’s file and the tests.I came with a cat with a tumorous growth from which a puncture was made unnecessarily (and this was the case in all the cases I know) and then a biopsy whose result I didn’t receive even a month later. She had a CT scan before the surgery to remove her tumor, and although other tumors were also observed, we were not called (as is the procedure) so that we wouldn’t change our minds about the surgery to remove the tumor (which became unnecessary). After the surgery, we were recommended to give him 12 days of anti-inflammatory (onsior) which is only given for 3 days (maximum 6 in exceptional cases under medical supervision) because it affects the kidneys (and I make this recommendation constantly… maybe because they collaborate with the clinic specializing in kidney problems?). After the CT scan interpretation was completed (after more than a week although it was supposed to last 3 days) I did not receive it even after 3 insistences. The 4th time they pretended that the email was written incorrectly although I received all the other emails from them at the same address (and if they really sent to the wrong address mentioned, I would have received a response in 10 seconds that the address did not exist). We were recommended chemotherapy even though there were too many organs affected by cancer to have any beneficial effect (brain, lungs, liver)… but this was not told to us by the doctor who had the CT scan result on the screen and we had no way of knowing because the email with the result was not given until about 3 weeks and 4 insistences!I do not recommend! 2/10
A clinic like we humans would like to have. Everything at high standards, exceptional care, people extremely attentive to the pet and their owners and Dr. Adriana Cotitosu, who took care of my cat, a special MAN! My cat went for electrochemotherapy and the result is visible after one session.
